Blue-Grey Football Endorses 4th and Goal
The vision of Randy Roberts is about to become a reality. The executive producer is moving forward on his feature film, 4th and Goal, and Royal Fortune Films starts principal photography a few short months from now. A tentative release is set for the Fall of 2018.
Endorsed by Blue-Grey Football and its staff of 50-plus NFL veterans, Roberts’ story is one of an All-American quarterback whose life is devastated after an injury seemingly destroys all hope of him living out his dream of playing at the highest level, in the NFL.
With his mind overtaken by bitterness, and self-pity, he can’t help but torture himself with the question: “Why me?” No answers in sight, the potential first-round pick in the NFL Draft allows himself to be absorbed by the darkness he believes will never escape.
Through the undying support of friends and family, the quarterback experiences a faith allowing him to accept and value the inspiration, also the courage, from the many surrounding him. Giving up is not an option. With a second chance, he pursues his dreams.
Naturally, there are plenty of similarities between Roberts’ project and Blue-Grey Football. The brand, in fact, annually hosts as many as four All-American Bowls, each with the nation’s top prospects in action for the final time on the prep circuit before college ball.
Coached by NFL veterans, the games are nationally broadcast on ESPN’s family of networks at Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium, Jacksonville Jaguars’ EverBank Field or San Francisco 49ers’ Levi’s Stadium.
Given the facts, it’s no surprise as to why Blue-Grey Football stands behind Roberts and his upcoming movie 4th and Goal, also his team including writers, directors and producers such as Tony Roberts, Davy Roberts, Susie Roberts, Peter Liapis and Donny Boaz.
Way to go Randy; we all know how hard you have worked on this project.
Perseverance, endurance are paying off..a huge thumbs up to you and yours!
Diane
