Blue-Grey Football Teams With Red Zone Prospects
The road to the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl might be considered difficult by some. For others, not so much. Fairly certain about the journey is this: The end result is rewarding for everyone involved in the process. We’re talking about coaches, players and parents, alike.
Each and every year, like clockwork, the game takes place in Dallas (Tex.) at the home of the Cowboys and Tampa (Fla.) at the home of the Buccaneers. In order to play in the prestigious event, one needs to take the necessary steps. Invites are not handed out to just anyone.
The path begins with attending the brand’s All-American Combine (Regional level), often held at an NFL facility. For the upcoming schedule, use this link. To nominate a prospect, use this link.
Once there, prospects will have the opportunity to work with former NFL players and be evaluated on a number of different skills. Those include the 40-yard dash, shuttle drill, bench press and broad jump, as well as multiple one-on-one sessions for each position.
After performing well at the All-American Combine, recruits are eligible to earn recognition from Red Zone Prospects. Once you join the exclusive list, the chances of securing a scholarship in the future significantly increase. For some more information, use this link.
Most recently, from the Class of 2014, nearly 400 of 600 players who registered as Red Zone Prospects have plans to move on to the next level. They will continue their days on the gridiron, as well as further their education. This is the best of both worlds, in our opinion.
Do well when given the opportunity in front of our scouts, the recruits are invited back to participate in the All-American Combine (Super level). This is where the best of the best compete and move one step closer to a selection to the brand’s All-American Bowl.
There you have it, in a nutshell, the necessary steps to successfully navigate the path ahead. Hopefully, at some point moving forward, we will see many of you at the either the home of the Dallas Cowboys or Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the big game on the national stage.
Editor’s note: The Blue-Grey All-American Combines offer a number of benefits for players. Perhaps most important, each individual has a chance to emerge on the radar of Red Zone Prospects. Specifically speaking, these are recruits who possess a track record that’s second to none. They seemingly have an advantage over most of their peers competing for college scholarships. Efforts both on the field, and in the classroom, are recognized and thus rewarded. Exposure with Red Zone Prospects is big factor in making all of this possible.
