1.  Start out going northeast on George J Bean Pky toward Bessie Coleman Blvd
2. Take the SR-616 / Spruce St ramp toward I-275 N / Tampa
3. Merge onto Memorial Hwy / SR-60 E toward I-275 / Tampa
4. Turn sharp left onto Memorial Hwy / SR-60 W
5. Keep left to take Memorial Hwy / SR-60 W toward SR-589-TOLL N / Veterans Expwy / Independence Pkwy
