With the support of the brand’s staff of NFL veterans, and administration alike, there was plenty of optimism surrounding the debut of the Blue-Grey All-American Combine (South Texas Regional) at Trinity University. Then, the workout went better than expected.
With NFL veteran trainers Gerard Lewis, Reggie Young and Sean Riley lending their knowledge of the game on the field, also NFL veterans Seneca Wallace and Jerheme Urban helping out with the event’s organization off the field, the leadership group couldn’t have been better.
There were many scholarship-worthy prospects in attendance and numerous others fit in that category. Below is a recap of some of the top performers and each is now considered as an All-American Bowl candidate for one of the upcoming games later on this year (details to follow).
London Morgan, 2026, QB, Rouse (TX): The 6’1 and 185-pounder has been in communication with Texas State, among others.
Race Deshotel, 2026, QB, Beaumont (TX): Not afraid of the big stage, the 6’0 and 200-pounder often shined in the spotlight.
Tremayne Hill, 2026, RB, Katy (TX): New Mexico and UTSA seem to have serious interest in the 5’10 and 200-pounder.
Kobie Campbell, 2027, RB, Needville (TX): The 5’10 and 182-pounder figures to be a good fit with a school in Conference USA.
Eric Pitre, 2028, RB, Hardin Jefferson (TX): Young and seemingly inexperienced, the 5’11 and 190-pounder went out and proved himself.
Jeremiah Rodriguez, 2027, OL, Calallen (TX): By the time the 6’5 and 275-pounder is an upperclassmen, he’ll have many options.
Daniel Scarabino, 2026, DB, Cinco Ranch (TX): The 5’7 and 170-pounder could land with a program such as Lamar or North Texas.
Ellison Collins, 2027, DB, George Ranch (TX): Good size and speed, there’s plenty to like about the skill set of the 6’3 and 175-pounder.
Dominique Moore, 2026, LB, Clark (TX): The 6’0 and 215-pounder caught the attention of the coaching staff and was one to watch.
Aiden Tinker, 2026, LB, Sabinal (TX): The 6’1 and 220-pounder strengthened a growing reputation with a memorable effort here.
Dyllon Bennett, 2027, LB, Ridge Point (TX): Oklahoma State just might be the perfect scenario for the 6’0 and 216-pounder.
Trae Clark, 2026, DL, Barbers Hill (TX): There’s some real synergy developing between the 6’2 and 245-pounder and Houston.
Lewis Reese, 2026, DL, Elgin (TX): The 6’1 and 200-pounder was not afraid of anyone, or anything. He impressed, safe to say.
Drake Carroll, 2027, DL, Cornerstone Christian (TX): The 6’5 and 220-pounder is just now starting to scratch the surface of his potential.
Deion Jones, 2028, DL, Corpus Christi Miller (TX): Regardless of the opponent, the 6’2 and 230-pounder was determined.

Late in the summer, invitations will be extended to one of the brand’s upcoming All-American Bowls held at NFL stadium and nationally broadcast on ESPN’s family of networks or Impact Football Network.
Games take place at Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium, Falcons’ Mercedes Benz Stadium, Texans’ NRG Stadium or Jaguars’ EverBank Field, among other venues.
Moving forward, the Blue-Grey Football Selection Committee will consider a number of different factors before making any decision on potential invites to the All-American Bowl. Stay tuned.
