Blue-Grey Jersey Presentation Tour: Bershard Glaspie
Every year, moreover right around this time, the staff from Blue-Grey Football hits the road on the brand’s nationwide Jersey Presentation Tour with a collection of NFL veterans and administrators.
The goal is to promote the All-American Bowl and a select few of the nation’s top prospects in the Class of 2019 are recognized in front of family and friends. The community in general, to that end.
Four games soon take place, each of them at an NFL venue, specifically Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium and Houston Texans’ NRG Stadium.
The action from the All-American Bowl will be nationally broadcast on ESPN3 or Impact Football Network (check your local listings). Similar to year’s past, the footage will be permanently archived.
Tulsa commit Bershard Glaspie from Mesquite Poteet (TX) was an honoree in an recent event at AT&T Stadium, and worth mentioning, he was joined by some of the Lone Star State’s premier recruits.
The 6-foot-2 and 210-pound linebacker will be in uniform for Lone Star vs. Team 49 on Jan. 14 in the inaugural game at NRG Stadium. Not to be forgotten either, ESPN3 will be on the broadcast.
Glaspie was rated as a three-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite Rankings, an accurate talent indicator as the tool takes into account evaluations of all the major recruiting services.
Prior to his pledge to the Golden Hurricane, he had scholarships from several different schools, including multiple programs in the Sun Belt Conference and Southwestern Athletic Conference.
Still, in the end, all signs pointed to Tulsa being the best possible fit for him. First things first, however, before stepping foot on campus, he plans to line up and play in the brand’s All-American Bowl.
