Ohio Valley Conference target Caden Thacker was among many prospects on hand at the Blue-Grey All-American Combine (Kentucky Regional).
You couldn’t have asked for a much better venue, as Centre College played host to the Blue-Grey All-American Combine (Kentucky Regional), with NFL veteran Ken Stills, also professional trainers Keon Thorpe and Marlin Lynch leading the way and out front on the coaching staff.
There were many scholarship-worthy prospects in attendance and numerous others fit in that category. Below is a recap of some of the top performers and each is now considered as an All-American Bowl candidate for one of the upcoming games later on this year (details to follow).
Jett Bartley, 2026, QB, Tuscola (NC): The 6’4 and 200-pounder has been in contact with Old Dominion and Wake Forest.
Walker Stone, 2027, RB, Nelsonville York (OH): The 5’9 and 185-pounder was not intimidated by the big stage. He shined, in fact.
Barron Harkleroad, 2026, WR, Tennessee (TN): The 5’10 and 170-pounder was among the fastest around, that’s a good thing.
Colin Vardijan, 2026, OL, Loyola (IL): On the official roster, the 6’3 and 260-pounder is a Mid-American Conference (MAC) target.
Bo Wolford, 2026, OL, Belfry (KY): On the official roster, the 6’3 and 295-pounder has been in contact with Conference USA teams.
Caden Thacker, 2026, OL, Pikeville (KY): Big and strong, the 6’4 and 265-pounder looked the part. And played the part, as well.
Jayden Burnett, 2026, DB, Cardinal Mooney (FL): On the official roster, the 6’2 and 197-pounder is a Conference USA target
Devan Maynard, 2026, DB, Martin County (KY): Big and strong, always up for a challenge, the 6’4 and 210-pounder did well.
Mylan Bell, 2026, DB, Marshall County (TN): The 6’0 and 170-pounder had good size, speed and strength. There’s a lot to like.
Mason Chandler, 2026, LB, Fort Payne (AL): On the official roster, the 6’3 and 240-pounder was in contact with Troy.
Blake Battle, 2026, LB, Sparkman (AL): Fast and strong, the 5’11 and 195-pounder checked all of the necessary boxes in this setting.
Skyler Slifer, 2026, LB, Kettering Fairmont (OH): The 6’1 and 220-pounder passed the eye test and delivered results as well.
Billy Lewis, 2026, DL, Lloyd Memorial (KY): The 6’6 and 210-pounder can play on both sides, but could find a home on defense.

Late in the summer, invitations will be extended to one of the brand’s upcoming All-American Bowls held at NFL stadium and nationally broadcast on ESPN’s family of networks or Impact Football Network.
Games take place at Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium, Falcons’ Mercedes Benz Stadium, Texans’ NRG Stadium or Jaguars’ EverBank Field, among other venues.
Moving forward, the Blue-Grey Football Selection Committee will consider a number of different factors before making any decision on potential invites to the All-American Bowl. Stay tuned.
