Blake Morris

Sun Belt Conference target Blake Morris (right) was among many prospects on hand at the Blue-Grey All-American Combine (North Carolina Regional).

In its debut at the venue, the Blue-Grey All-American Combine (North Carolina Regional) at Livingstone College delivered some great results. NFL veteran Ken Stills and pro trainers Rodney Beasley, Reggie Young and Marlin Lynch had nothing but good things to say, as well.

Furthermore, with members of the Livingstone College coaching staff also there to watch and evaluate, a handful of participants were offered by the program after the workout ended. Stills agreed with assessments, of course, and it turned out to be a worthwhile trip for many individuals.

There were many scholarship-worthy prospects in attendance and numerous others fit in that category. Below is a recap of some of the top performers and each is now considered as an All-American Bowl candidate for one of the upcoming games later on this year (details to follow).

Aiden Poole, 2026, QB, Lee County (NC): The 6’2 and 180-pounder could soon develop in to a Sun Belt Conference target.

JaRon Ward, 2026, QB, Hendersonville (NC): North Dakota State could be on the radar for the 6’0 and 205-pounder.

Dominic Atwater, 2026, RB, Bishop Ireton (Wash DC): Smart and elusive, the 5’9 and 170-pounder delivered good results.

Kyngston Denson, 2027, RB, North Buncombe (NC): Quick and fast, not done growing yet either, the 5’9 and 185-pounder did well.

Tripp Neas, 2027, RB, South Greene (TN): Versatile, the 5’10 and 173-pounder made plays on the ground and through the air.

Aiden Hansen, 2026, RB, Torrington (CT): Brown and Cornell seems to have their sights set on the 5’8 and 175-pounder.

Blake Morris, 2026, WR, Caroline (VA): The scholarship count continues to climb for the 6’1 and 180-pounder. No slowing down.

Elijah Parker, 2026, WR, Nandua (VA): Good size, speed and strength, there’s a lot to like about the 6-‘1 and 180-pounder.

Antonio Kelly, 2027, WR, Reagan (NC): The 5’9 and 175-pounder was about as fast as they come, no one could keep up with him.

Carmello Beasley, 2028, WR, Swansboro (NC): The 5’10 and 150-pounder went out and proved that belonged on the big stage.

Reginald Holmes, 2026, OL, Wilson Prep (TX): At 6’4 and 350-pounder, there’s plenty to like about what he brings to the table.

Marvin Williams, 2026, DB, Clement (NC): The 6’2 and 190-pounder might end up as a good fit in the Sun Belt Conference .

Jordan Wright, 2026, DB, Fort Dorchester (SC): The 5’11 and 175-pounder has offers, but could stick with South Carolina.

Mason Hefner, 2027, DB, Lake Norman (NC): Appalachian State and Syracuse appear interested in the 6-1 and 195-pounder.

Darius Smith, 2027, DB, Panther Creek (NC): The 6’1 and 170-pounder has the lines of communication open with Coastal Carolina.

Se’maj Galloway, 2027, DB, Glenn (NC): Ready for anyone and anything, the 6’1 and 170-pounder opened up some eyes.

Lynwood Harmon, 2026, LB, Hertford County (NC): East Carolina would be an ideal landing spot for the 5’11 and 220-pounder.

Jordan Hamm, 2027, LB, Wilson Prep (NC): The 6’2 and 217-pounder has an offer from Old Dominion. Other schools should follow.

Robert McCollum, 2026, LB, Dudley (NC): The 6’0 and 214-pounder did a little bit of everything and most of it extremely well.

Semaj Odems, 2026, DL, Kings Mountain (NC): The 6’4 and 220-pounder has a handful of offers. It’s only the beginning, too.

Ja’Shawn Shaw, 2026, DL, West Charlotte (NC): The 6’1 and 220-pounder has South Carolina on top of his wish list,

Jaysen Oriol, 2026, DL, Panther Creek (NC): Determined and strong, the 6’1 and 265-pounder left a lasting impression.

Ethan Wilson, 2026, DL, North Pitt (NC): Capable of playing on both sides of the ball, the 6’4 and 220 could find a home on defense.

Devin Garland, 2026, DL, Jacksonville Episcopal (FL): The 6’1 and 220-pounder has had discussions with South Carolina State.

Jason Arrowood, 2026, DL, East Rutherford (NC): The 6’3 and 205-pounder turned heads with a well-rounded effort in this setting.

Editor’s Note: When it comes to statistics from the nationwide series of All-American Combines, such as the most recent one, we’ve got you covered. For the numbers, look no further (click here).

Worth mentioning, periodically and often within days, more information about the workout will be added in this space. That said, feel free to check back on a regular basis for the much-needed insight.

Late in the summer, invitations will be extended to one of the brand’s upcoming All-American Bowls held at NFL stadium and nationally broadcast on ESPN’s family of networks or Impact Football Network.

Games take place at Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium, Falcons’ Mercedes Benz Stadium, Texans’ NRG Stadium or Jaguars’ EverBank Field, among other venues.

Moving forward, the Blue-Grey Football Selection Committee will consider a number of different factors before making any decision on potential invites to the All-American Bowl. Stay tuned.
