Blue-Grey All-American Combine: Southeast Super Scouting Report (2023)
Similar to year’s past, the Blue-Grey All-American Combine (Southeast Super) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium was a success. NFL veteran Ken Stills was the lead instructor and one-time professionals John Gilmore and Mark Jones were also on hand.
Although there were many scholarship-worthy prospects in attendance, numerous others fit in that category. Below is a recap of some of the top performers and each is now considered as an All-American Bowl candidate for one of the upcoming games later on this year.
Luke Smith, QB, 2024, Spruce Creek (FL): The 6’3 and 200-pounder has interest from several schools in the Ivy League.
Bryce Duross, QB, 2024, North Fort Myers (FL): UT Martin was on the bandwagon first of the 6’0 and 185-pounder.
George Roberts, RB, 2024, Treasure Coast (FL): Good frame and good athleticism, the 6’2 and 180-pounder got the job done.
Mason Burriss, RB, 2025, Riverview (FL): Quick and fast, strong and durable, the 5’8 and 170-pounder has a bright future ahead of him.
Trenton Hayes, OL, 2024, Springstead (FL): The 6’3 and 275-pounder is a target of programs in the American Athletic Conference.
James Hinds, OL, 2024, Melbourne (FL): Air Force, Army and South Florida are currently on the radar for the 6’3 and 280-poounder.
Chase Murray, OL, 2024, Nature Coast (FL): The 6’2 and 277-pounder has been in contact with Butler, Davidson and Valparaiso.
Dominic Johnson, OL, 2024, Trinity Catholic (FL): A favorite of the coaching staff, the 6’3 and 250-pounder made a name for himself.
Ethan Dodsworth, OL 2024, Belleview (FL): More than just a big body, the 6’5 and 265-pounder went out and earned some respect.
Nate Sura, OL, 2024, Lemon Bay (FL): More often than not, the 6’3 and 260-pounder was a force to be reckon with in the trenches
Alexander Smith, OL, 2024, Durant (FL): Fast and physical, smart too, with a nasty streak , the 6’2 and 280-pounder turned heads.
Noah Senka, OL, 2024, Indian Rocks Christian (FL): The 6’2 and 270-pounder did a little bit of everything and most of it well here.
Aleks Freyman, OL 2025, Bishop Moore (FL): Penn State and South Florida are keeping a watchful eye on the 6’5 and 295-pounder.
Andrew Burton, OL, 2025, Clearwater Central Catholic (FL): A big body, the 6’2 and 281-pounder showed a fair amount of upside.
Connor Howes, OL, 2025, St. Cloud (FL): Young, on paper, the 6’6 and 295-pounder has a high ceiling. Remember his name.
Troy Holloway, LB, 2025, Bolles School (FL): North Carolina State and Pitt are potential landing spots for the 5’11 and 195-pounder.
Eli Hiscock, LB, 2024, Newsome (FL): The 6’2 and 230-pounder has kept the lines of communication open with Navy and Yale.
Daniel Boatwright, LB, 2024, Walton (FL): Never one to back down from a challenge, the 6’1 and 220-pounder opened up eyes.
Bo Kenney, LB, 2024, Horizon (FL): The 6’0 and 200-pounder held his own against running backs and tight ends, no question about it.
Matthew Mills, LB, 2025, Clearwater Central Catholic (FL): An underclassman, 6’1 and 200-pounder played with the poise of a senior.
Damon Kibler, LB, 2024, Hilliard (FL): No stranger to this setting, the 6’0 and 200-pounder left lasting impression once again.
Ray Lane, DL, 2024, Lakewood (FL): At times, no one was able to stop, or slow down the 6’3 and 245-pounder. He was on a mission.

Games take place at Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium, Falcons’ Mercedes Benz Stadium, Texans’ NRG Stadium or Jaguars’ EverBank Field, among other venues.
Moving forward, the Blue-Grey Football Selection Committee will consider a number of different factors before making any decision on potential invites to the All-American Bowl. Stay tuned.
